Application
Fill an online application / Walk in in Bright Banking centre with all education documents
Screen Test
Face to face interview with ex-bankers along with all educational documents at Bright Banking centre
Shortlisted
If shortlisted in the screen test, submit fees for training as guided by the centre head
Training
Undergo training for 90 days, along with assessment tests each fortnight.
